DAT’s state-of-the-art office building in Northwest Ho Chi Minh City reaches its completion
On May 19, 2022, DAT Technology Co., Ltd. (DAT) held the topping-out ceremony for its office building located at B463 Dong Hung Thuan 10, Ward Dong Hung Thuan, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
The event was attended by local government leaders, association leaders, businesses, project management boards, and contractors.
PIn his opening speech, Mr. Tieu Van Dat – General Director of DAT, stated: ‘DAT recognizes that people and our workforce are paramount. Therefore, we aim to create a comfortable and conducive working environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and maximizes the potential of each individual. The DAT office building is also a space for connection, facilitating exchanges and meetings, enhancing effective collaboration with customers and partners, and attracting talents to work and live locally. All of these efforts aim to affirm the professional and sustainable values that DAT cultivates every day.’
Mr. Tieu Van Dat – General Director of DAT, Mr. Ngo Hoai Duc – General Director of KOSHI, Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan – Chairman of VITECCONS Construction Investment Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Khoa Dang – General Director of SEAREFICO E&C Company, along with representatives of DAT’s management levels, project management units, supervisors, contractors, and design consultants, jointly conducted the topping-out ceremony for the DAT office building. Leading construction partners committed to completing the project on schedule, ensuring safety, aesthetics, and meeting the quality standards desired by the investor.
With the vision of becoming a leading technology-commerce-service group in Vietnam in automation and renewable energy, DAT has decided to invest significant resources in building modern working spaces and facilities to meet growth needs, research solutions, and business development.
Commencing construction in March 2021, overcoming many challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the DAT office building has officially topped out and is scheduled for completion by the end of November 2022. The DAT office building achieves the EDGE Advance green building certification, with all construction materials selected according to high-quality, environmentally friendly standards.
The application of green technology, energy efficiency, and modern information infrastructure will help ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the building. The 10-story project, with a total floor area of 4,350 square meters, is expected to be one of the most luxurious and modern office buildings in Northwest Ho Chi Minh City, setting an inspirational example for other businesses and investors in the area.
Upon completion, the project will contribute to enhancing the internal strength of the DAT ecosystem, shaping a strong, reputable brand in the minds of customers and partners. Moreover, it serves as a foundation for DAT to create additional value for the community and society in the future.
