DAT enhances investment in human resources development through regular training courses.
Over 30 employees from the Sales – Telesales and Customer Care departments in the automation sector participated in the training. The session provided in-depth and practical knowledge directly related to their daily tasks, aimed at improving customer service.
In the first quarter of 2020, DAT focused on training employees on new high-tech products such as the premium AC servo DA200, servo systems for hydraulic plastic molding machines MH800, INVT inverters GD350, specialized water supply industry inverters GD300-16 and several other new applications. Detailed and professional training materials were provided in advance for study, and hands-on demonstrations during the training sessions ensured high effectiveness.

The training sessions were lively with active information exchange among participants, including quiz competitions that added excitement to the learning environment. At the end of the training, participants took tests to assess their learning outcomes.

With over 100 highly skilled engineers accounting for approximately 40% of the workforce, including many experts in automation, DAT proudly masters efficient technological solutions and actively engages in internal training and technology transfer activities for partners and customers. DAT’s future goals include organizing more in-depth training courses, particularly with the involvement of experts from the INVT Group, to enhance the quality of its training system.
