From June 16-19, 2022, DAT organized a Team Building event themed “Pioneering Courage” in the coastal city of Nha Trang to recognize and appreciate the contributions of all employees.

After a hiatus of 2 years due to the Covid-19 pandemic, DAT Team Building 2022 marked an impressive comeback with a series of unparalleled activities that helped DATers rejuvenate themselves, bridge distances, and enhance team spirit. Meticulous preparation by the Organizing Committee (BTC) combined with the dynamic and enthusiastic spirit of nearly 300 DAT employees brought a successful journey filled with wonderful moments and countless memorable emotions.

Excitement Leaving Saigon Station

Due to geographical distances, BTC arranged for Hanoi DATers to join the Team Building journey by plane, while DATers from Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho had an exciting experience traveling together by train for the first time.

At exactly 20:30 on June 16, the train departed the station, temporarily setting aside work, KPIs goals to embark on a promising journey full of joy. From here, a series of interactive activities such as storytelling, team-building games, and scenic roadside views took place in a lively atmosphere. The 56 train carriages resonated with the laughter of DATers, strengthening team cohesion, making the journey from Saigon to Nha Trang feel closer than ever.

Immersed in the Beautiful Landscape of Robinson Island

Nha Trang’s weather welcomed DAT guests with fresh air and radiant sunshine. After an exciting train journey, DATers continued their journey with the first destination being Robinson Island. Stretching white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, pristine landscapes, and vibrant underwater activities were irresistible charms of this island.

Here, BTC had prepared a series of entertainment activities for DATers such as coral reef viewing by glass-bottom boat and kayaking to admire the beauty of the open sea. DATers could also actively participate in other fun activities like banana boat rides and snorkeling.

Enjoying the 5-star Diamond Bay Resort & Spa

To further invigorate and provide a complete experience for DATers, BTC chose the luxurious 5-star Diamond Bay Resort & Spa as the accommodation for the trip. Comfortable bungalows surrounded by spacious gardens, facing the sea breeze typical of the tropical region, provided an ideal place for DATers to rest and relax after their diligent work.

Upon entering the bungalows, DATers were pleasantly surprised with unique souvenir gifts as a token of gratitude from the company, depicting vivid scenes of the beautiful Vietnamese countryside and famous tourist destinations. These gifts captured the beautiful memories of an exciting journey, brimming with emotions.

Fully Engaged in the Gala Dinner Extravaganza

Speaking at the Gala Dinner, Mr. Tieu Van Dat – CEO of DAT expressed his pride: “To know whether a company is thriving or not, look at its employees and how the company operates. The Gala Dinner was an occasion for all DAT colleagues nationwide to gather and exchange. To make the party more lively and enjoyable, BTC integrated many elaborately designed games. One of the highlights of the Gala Dinner was “So You Think You Can Dance.” In a short time, talented DAT colleagues learned the moves of professional dancers and performed together on stage, creating unique performances, fostering team unity, and filling the night with laughter.

The thrilling games designed specifically under the theme “Pioneering Courage” not only challenged endurance but also conveyed messages about solidarity, teamwork, and proper task allocation. Leveraging the core values ​​of genuine DATers: Pioneering – Creativity – Commitment – Dedication – Sharing, the 6 teams surpassed challenges with fiery spirit, overcoming difficulties, and rolling out their full potential for collective achievement. Despite the sweat under the scorching sun of Nha Trang, the faces of each member always bore bright smiles.

To encourage and acknowledge the spirit of DATers, BTC awarded valuable prizes to the teams. The final results were as follows:
