On the evening of January 14, 2023, all DATers had a vibrant and emotional year-end party filled with colors under the theme “Together Reaching New Heights”, reflecting on a journey worth celebrating and enthusiastically welcoming the Year of the Cat.

Amidst the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year 2023, DATers gathered together once again, chatting, sharing joys, and exchanging meaningful New Year wishes. It was also a moment for the company’s leadership to express gratitude and appreciation to all employees and colleagues who have dedicated themselves to their work, contributing wholeheartedly to the robust development of DAT Group today.

The Year-End Party 2022, themed “Together Reaching New Heights”, was held at The Adora Center in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, with participation from DATers from the Headquarters, Can Tho Branch, and representatives from the Central region.

Additionally, in Hanoi Branch, a warm and memorable year-end party took place at Trong Dong Restaurant, Hoan Kiem District. Both locations of the 2022 Year-End Party were livestreamed to enable interaction among participants, bridging distances and connecting the DATers family nationwide.

The program began with an electrifying welcome from DAT Group’s leadership, drawing inspiration from The Masked Singer Vietnam, one of the hottest TV shows of the year. A guessing game about the performers ensued, revealing surprising identities of each member of the leadership team, much to the excitement of DATers.

In his welcoming speech at the Year-End Party 2022, Mr. Tieu Van Dat, the CEO of DAT Group, sincerely thanked all employees and elaborated on the message “Together Reaching New Heights”, along with long-term development plans for the future.

Mr. Tieu Van Dat emphasized, “For a company to thrive, the human factor is crucial. Following the welcoming speeches was the acceptance ceremony for DAT Group’s 2023 objectives by the leadership team, committing to achieving sales targets, collaborating to elevate the company’s position, and enhancing efficiency for over 10,000 customers and partners nationwide.

Next on the agenda was the toast ceremony, where DAT Group’s leadership and all DATers raised their glasses to celebrate the success of the 2022 Year-End Party, loudly proclaiming unity and determination to carry out their outlined plans and welcome the upcoming prosperous Lunar New Year.

To add more excitement and color to the evening, the program featured cultural performances that DATers had practiced and prepared meticulously, from concept to costumes and music, each performance skillfully integrating the mysterious masked theme, fully embodying the meaning and spirit of spring.

The enthusiastic cheers from the audience added to the fervent atmosphere, blending with meaningful wishes, creating a space of joyous springtime celebration filled with heartfelt sentiments exchanged among DATers.

Moreover, DATers also engaged in the thrilling DAT Challenge minigame, predicting the mysterious characters through clues, enhancing dramatic tension and bonding everyone closer, allowing for relaxed enjoyment after periods of intense work.

At the same time, the organizing committee also took the opportunity of the Year-End event to award the DAT Face 2022 prize to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen – from the Business Development Department, who achieved the highest total score in three competitions: the online quiz on DAT’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, the creative TikTok video for DAT Green Challenge, and the Ideal Workspace corner. Throughout the competition process, Ms. Thanh Huyen demonstrated courage, dynamism, enthusiasm, and proved to be a worthy representative of DATers by embodying and spreading the core values of Pioneer, Creativity, Commitment, Dedication, and Sharing.

Additionally, during the Lunar New Year event, the DATers participated in the eagerly anticipated lucky draw, a program highlight that brought moments of suspense and excitement as lucky ballots called out the winners. This was a fortunate start to the year, a moment of joy and unforgettable memories for everyone attending the program.
