Lighting up green dreams with clean energy.
Promoting renewable energy for future green aspirations
Special Education School 1st June serves as an educational and physical development hub for students with special circumstances in District 4. This marks the second time DAT, in partnership with EVNHCMC, has jointly sponsored a solar power system for such special schools. Through this annual initiative, DAT Solar aims to promote the use of clean and sustainable energy like solar power to benefit society at large, especially meaningful for schools like Special Education School 1st June. This initiative helps save costs, allowing the school administration and teachers to focus more on enhancing teaching quality, thus paving the way for a brighter future for its students.
Throughout its 14-year journey of establishment and growth, one of DAT’s core values steadfastly pursued by its leadership and staff is “Sharing.” This entails not only sharing benefits with customers and partners but also contributing meaningful and positive values to the community and society. Alongside meeting business objectives, DAT consistently strives to implement various social contributions across education, human resources development, and socio-cultural activities.
The solar power system helps save 600 kWp/month
The rooftop solar project at Special Education School 1st June, sponsored by DAT with 60% of the total system cost and directly implemented under the youth project “Join hands for green energy” by Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation Youth Union. The solar system comprises 14 solar panels và 1 inverter, ensuring international quality standards for high and stable operational efficiency over many years to meet the school’s electricity needs. With an optimized capacity of 5.04 kWp through specialized techniques, this solar power system generates over 600 kWp per month, significantly reducing the school’s operational costs. This allows for additional budget allocation to improve teaching equipment and facilities.
Continuing its mission to share beneficial values
With a commitment to sharing beneficial values with society, DAT Solar plans to further collaborate with reputable entities to expand the provision of free clean energy to communities, particularly focusing on remote schools or schools for children with special needs. This initiative ensures that disadvantaged communities are not left behind in the journey of development and progress. This underscores DAT Solar’s commitment to “accompanying development” with the community and society on its path to future growth.
