The rules of the photo contest ‘Ideal Workspace Corner’ provide an opportunity for all DATers to decorate and organize their workspace within DAT Group, preparing for the operation of the new office building with a professional and inspiring work environment that allows each individual to maximize their capabilities.

This contest marks the final event in the series of activities for Finding DAT Faces 2022, determining the Top 10 outstanding individuals competing for the highest awards of the program.

Rules and participation details are as follows:

1. Participants: All DAT employees.
2. Submission period: From November 7, 2022, to November 15, 2022.
3. Interaction evaluation time: From 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on November 16, 2022.
4. Contest procedure:

Step 1: DATers freely decorate their own workspace ensuring the 5S criteria: Sort – Set in order – Shine – Standardize – Sustain and creativity. Then take a photo (may include the participant or not) and post it on their personal Facebook page with hashtags #DATGroup #GuongmatDAT2022 #IdealWorkspaceCorner.

Notes:

• Post only one photo on the personal page (can be a collage of multiple photos to create the best image according to personal judgment).
• The entry photo must be accompanied by a description/commentary about the artwork. The content of the post should relate to the work and the DAT Group brand.

Step 2: Send the link to the Organizing Committee at the following address: Email: [email protected] or Zalo: 0931 008 338 (Ms. My Linh Tran). Clearly state in the subject: Full Name, Employee ID – Participation in the Ideal Workspace Corner contest.

7. Judging Panel:

• Mr. Le Quoc Anh – Deputy General Director
• Ms. Tran Phuong Hanh – HR Director
• Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Quy – Business Development Director
• Mr. Le Ngoc Nhan – IT Department Manager

8. Scoring method:

From 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on November 16, 2022, the Organizing Committee will capture the interaction results of the participating posts.

• 60% of the score is based on the total interaction on Facebook:
  • 1 Like/Heart/Thumbs up/Haha = 1 point
  • 1 Share = 2 points
• 40% of the score is decided by the Judging Panel (on a scale of 100) based on criteria such as:
  • Idea of workspace decoration
  • Quality of the photo
  • Content

(The conveyed image and content should align with the vision and mission of DAT Group, and DATers’ pride is a significant advantage.)

9. Prize structure:

• The top 20 DATers with the highest scores will receive premium backpacks.
• SPECIAL! TOP 3 will also receive the DAT Face 2022 Badge.
