Dear DATers,

With the aim of ensuring every employee understands the factors that have contributed to DAT’s collective strength over its 14 years of formation and development, DAT will organize the online quiz competition “Understanding the DAT Ecosystem” from August 28th to September 4th, 2020. This competition is MANDATORY for all DATers.

To perform well in the quiz and earn attractive rewards for yourself and your team, DATers, please familiarize yourselves with the competition rules:

1. Participants: All DAT employees
2. Duration: From 8:00 AM on August 28th to 5:00 PM on September 4th, 2020
3. Format: Online multiple-choice quiz
4. Purpose:

Through this competition, DATers will be equipped with valuable information to disseminate throughout the DAT ecosystem, helping customers and partners enhance efficiency and achieve the sales target of 2,880 billion VND.

5. Quiz Procedure:

• Step 1: Access the quiz link provided via email from the Organizing Committee sent to DATers’ email inbox ([email protected]).
• Step 2: Click the “Open form” button and fill in your personal information.
• Step 3: Answer the 20 displayed questions.
• Step 4: Click the “Submit” button to complete the quiz.

Note:

• DATers can participate multiple times, but only the first attempt will be recognized.
• A valid quiz submission requires answering all 20 questions and achieving at least 70% correct answers (i.e., 14 questions).
• Each correct answer earns DATers 5 points.

6. Prize Calculation: The Organizing Committee will determine winners based on the following criteria:

• Total points earned (from the first attempt).
• Fastest completion time.
• Earliest participation time.

7. Prizes Structure:

• Individual Awards:
  • 1st Prize: Gift valued at 500,000 VND
  • 2nd Prize: Gift valued at 300,000 VND
  • 3rd Prize: Gift valued at 200,000 VND
  • Top 10 members with the best quiz results: Each receives a special edition DAT t-shirt.
• Team Award:
  • Department with the highest participation rate and best results: 1,000,000 VND cash prize.

Additionally, based on the points earned in the “Understanding the DAT Ecosystem” quiz, DATers will have the opportunity to become the Face of DAT and receive special benefits.
