With the desire for every employee to understand and adhere to proper conduct standards in their daily activities at DAT, the Organizing Committee is launching the quiz ‘Understanding DAT’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics’ on September 23, 2022. This quiz is MANDATORY for all DATers to participate. The specific regulations of the quiz are as follows:

1. Participants: All DAT employees.
2. Date and Time: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on September 23, 2022.
3. Format: Online multiple-choice quiz.
4. How to participate:

• Step 1: Access the link sent to DATers’ email by the Organizing Committee.
• Step 2: Click on ‘Open form’ and fill in personal information.
• Step 3: Answer 20 displayed questions.
• Step 4: Click ‘Submit’ to complete the quiz.

Notes:

• DATers can attempt the quiz multiple times, but only the results from the first attempt will be recognized
• A valid quiz submission requires all 20 questions to be answered, with at least 70% correct answers (i.e., 14 questions).
• Each correct answer earns DATers 5 points.

5. Scoring criteria:

Results will be based on the following criteria in order:

• Total points achieved (from the first attempt).
• Fastest completion time.
• Earliest participation time.

6. Prizes structure:

• The top 20 DATers with the highest scores will receive unique gifts from the Organizing Committee.
• SPECIAL! The top 03 will also receive the DAT Face Badge 2022.

Based on the scores in the ‘Understanding DAT’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics’ quiz, DATers also have the opportunity to become the DAT Face 2022 and receive various special benefits.
