On the evening of January 22, 2022, DAT’s Year-end Party, themed ‘Pioneering Spirit,’ took place in a vibrant atmosphere, bringing forth a myriad of wonderful and memorable emotions.

Amidst the festive spirit of the final days of 2021 and the bustling preparations for the Lunar New Year 2022, the Year-end Party was a gathering of camaraderie, exchange, and sharing among DATers. It provided a relaxed opportunity for everyone to unwind and celebrate together after busy days of work, welcoming the new year with joy, happiness, and success.

This occasion also allowed the company’s leadership to express sincere gratitude to all employees, reflecting on DAT’s proud achievements throughout a challenging year marked by the COVID-19 pandemic. It was also a moment to listen to the Directors’ insights on new strategic directions, reaffirming DAT’s brand value and comprehensive ecosystem that enhances efficiency for customers, partners, and the community.

Year-end Party was colorful and grand

Colorful and grand, the 2021 Year-end Party was held at the Grand Palace Convention Center, Cong Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of DATers. Due to complex pandemic conditions and travel difficulties, the DAT branches in Hanoi, Can Tho, and Da Nang also hosted memorable Year-end Parties at local restaurants. Though unable to gather fully in one place, the geographical distance was overcome by the genuine warmth shared within the DAT family.

To safeguard DATers’ health, all Year-end Party venues strictly adhered to pandemic prevention requirements. The Organizing Committee also reminded everyone to wear masks and sanitize properly throughout the event.

DAT’s CEO welcomed the guests and kicked off the celebration.

At the Year-end Party, Mr. Tieu Van Dat, CEO of DAT Technical Company Limited (DAT), delivered a welcome speech, expressing heartfelt thanks to all employees and sharing plans for 2022. The Leadership Team committed to achieving the 2022 AOP plan

Immediately following the speech was a crucial moment – the Declaration of Commitment to the 2022 AOP (Annual Operating Plan) by DAT’s Leadership Team, uniting goals, actions, and development. Starting in 2022, DAT will undergo significant transformation with a pioneering spirit to conquer new heights. Concurrently, DAT embarks on a new mission to create an ecosystem that enhances efficiency, delivering optimal value to customers, partners, employees, shareholders, while also enhancing social responsibility and actively contributing to the community.

Everyone raised their glasses to toast to a more successful new year.

The entire DAT Leadership Team raised their glasses in celebration of success and to welcome the prosperous Year of the Tiger, 2022. Everyone cheered in unison, showcasing their youth, enthusiasm, and readiness to overcome challenges and achieve the 2022 AOP plan.

Dynamic and impressive performances from DAT’s Idol competition

To further liven up the Year-end Party, we cannot overlook the talent competition performances by DATers, which were vibrant and meticulously prepared in terms of ideas and costumes for the DAT’s Idol competition. All participants truly lit up the stage, bringing exciting, surprising, and emotionally charged spring performances.

In addition, the Organizing Committee brought the DAT’s Style competition to the 2021 Year-end Party, showcasing group costume coordination and producing unique photos of departments and teams.

The Judges faced a challenging task in selecting the best performing arts acts and most impressive photos, as all performances were deserving. The best acts and most voted photos were celebrated triumphantly amidst the enthusiastic cheers and support of everyone.

Following the program was a lucky draw for 3 prizes sponsored by INVT: 01 iPhone 13 128GB, 01 Samsung Galaxy A52 phone, and 01 Sony True Wireless headphones.

Immediately following was a special lucky draw program organized by the Organizing Committee for DATers with extremely attractive SJC gold prizes that everyone eagerly awaited.
