Having the vision to become a leading Technology-Commerce-Service conglomerate in Vietnam in the fields of automation and renewable energy through comprehensive and efficient solutions, the Board of Directors invested in and implemented the AOP 2022 over 3 months (from October to December) under the guidance of BrainMark Company.

Despite being DAT’s first year of implementation, the Board of Directors, Head-Managers, and all team members quickly and effectively completed and unified the important goals to help DAT achieve strong growth and meet expected sales milestones in the next development phases.

At the event presenting the AOP 2022 plans for all departments on December 22 and 23, 2021, individuals and teams who made significant contributions to the AOP were recognized by the Board of Directors and BrainMark with valuable awards. Specifically:

• Outstanding Strategic Contribution: Mr. Le Minh Hien – Head of Solar Sales
• Most Innovative Idea: Mr. Dao Xuan Tien – Head of Automation Technical Sales
• Best Deadline Commitment: Mr. Tran Bao Quoc – Head of Automation Sales
