On November 29-30, 2022, the Board of Directors along with the leadership team of various departments at DAT Group reported on their achievements, presented the business plan, and outlined the strategic development to elevate the Group’s leading position in Vietnam’s Industrial Automation and Renewable Energy sectors at the Annual Operating Plan 2023 (AOP 2023) event.

Following the success of AOP 2022, DAT Group invested in and implemented AOP 2023 at Villa Song Saigon over two days, November 29th and 30th, 2022, with plans to hold this annual event regularly.

With deep involvement from the Board of Directors and collaborative efforts across departments, AOP 2023 comprehensively aligned on the Group’s overarching goals for the new year, including Group objectives, sales targets, and departmental goals.

Mr. Tieu Van Dat, CEO of DAT Group, shared: ‘To effectively implement our strategic plans and swiftly achieve development goals in the new phase, DAT Group needs all departments to thoroughly understand the strategy and collaborate in action going forward. Recognizing the significant opportunities in the rooftop solar market, DAT Group has established a professional Project Management team to reaffirm DAT Solar’s position as the leading EPC contractor in Vietnam.’

In addition to strategy and action plans for 2023, DAT Group’s leadership team also discussed ways to enhance team health and cohesion, corporate vision, prioritizing tasks, identifying lingering issues, and solutions.

As part of the event, outstanding teams that made notable contributions and met criteria on content and deadlines were acknowledged with valuable awards:

• First Place: Business Development Department and Human Resources Department

• Third Place: DAT Group Hanoi Branch

Through AOP 2023, DAT Group demonstrated unity in action with the motto ‘Joining Forces to Enhance Position’ in the next phase to enhance the quality of products, solutions, and services; strengthen investment in building a highly skilled workforce and a professional working environment, thereby increasing efficiency for customers and partners.
