DAT officially operates a Warehouse and Service Center spanning over 4000 m² in Ho Chi Minh City

The new Warehouse and Service Center in Ho Chi Minh City spans 4000 m², with 1000 m² dedicated to office space and 3000 m² for warehouse and service center operations. It houses a diverse ecosystem of products from DAT’s four business sectors, including various types of solar panels from Canadian Solar, grid-tied solar inverters, Hybrid Solar inverters, Off-Grid Solar inverters, Solar Pump inverters, specialized aluminum rails, PV cables, electrical panels, solar system accessories, versatile and specialized frequency converters, medium-voltage inverters, AC servo systems, PLCs, HMIs, dynamic braking units, regenerative braking resistors, various types of filters, elevator control systems, UPS systems, and energy storage systems.
The new Warehouse and Service Center, along with the Headquarters, Hanoi Branch, and Can Tho Branch, form DAT’s extensive nationwide service network, enhancing service quality and laying the groundwork for the company’s business expansion strategy in the near future.

The decision to invest in expanding the Warehouse and Service Center in Ho Chi Minh City is part of DAT’s comprehensive value ecosystem development plan, aimed at broadening customer efficiency and showcasing the company leadership’s long-term vision for market growth in the Southern region and nationwide.
With nearly 100 staff members, including functional departments such as Warranty Service Center, Panel Building System Integrator, Application Execution, Inventory & Warehouse Control, Sales Admin & Order Processing, and Logistics Team.

Equipped with modern infrastructure, advanced equipment, and international standard warehouse management software, the new Warehouse and Service Center’s warehouse area of 3000 m² is designed for efficient handling of goods to meet customer needs quickly and conveniently. It also features rigorous sanitation and security systems, including 24/7 remote surveillance cameras, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth operational efficiency.

Overview of the new Warehouse and Service Center in HCMC:
• Total area: 4000 m² (including office space: 1000 m² and warehouse space: 3000 m²).
• Warehouse capacity up to 10 MW for Solar Energy products and tens of thousands of inverters ranging from 0.4 to 1000 kW for Frequency Converters – Automation.
• Equipment includes 3-4 tier rack systems, specialized forklifts, and a comprehensive office and warehouse service system.
• Automatic fire protection system according to standards.
• Strict security system with 24/7 remote surveillance cameras.
• Warehouse management using Barcode scanning system and SAP ERP software.
