On October 10, 2023, the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor organized the program “Accompanying Enterprises” under the theme of “Integration – Development” to commemorate the 19th anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day. During this event, the leadership of DAT Group was honored to receive commendation for its exemplary policies on salaries and benefits, as well as its dedicated care for employees’ well-being. This recognition positions DAT Group alongside major companies such as Heineken Vietnam, Intel Vietnam, and Liên Á Mattress.

The ceremony honored 23 business owners selected from over 270,000 companies across Ho Chi Minh City. These businesses have successfully met all 9 criteria set forth by the Federation of Labor, demonstrating high efficiency in production and business operations, particularly in effectively collaborating with grassroots trade unions to implement salary policies, welfare benefits, and collective labor agreements.

Mr. Tieu Van Dat, CEO of DAT Group, was privileged to be one of the 23 business owners recognized in Ho Chi Minh City and the sole recipient from District 12, honored by the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor for complying with labor laws and ensuring the material and spiritual well-being of employees throughout 2023. Furthermore, DAT Group was acknowledged alongside industry leaders such as Heineken Vietnam, Intel Products Vietnam, Liên Á Mattress, and Saigon Riverside, affirming its brand reputation and attractive work environment and employee benefits.
