On April 16, 2023, DAT Group participated in the Job Fair at Hanoi University of Science and Technology to enhance connectivity and cooperation between businesses and academic institutions, opening up numerous attractive job opportunities for students majoring in industrial automation engineering and renewable energy.

For the academic year 2022 – 2023, Hanoi University of Science and Technology is currently offering 65 majors, with over 32,000 undergraduate students enrolled, including approximately 5,000 final-year students expected to graduate and seeking employment opportunities or internships. Therefore, the university organized the Career Orientation Day and Job Fair 2023 to connect businesses with students, providing a platform for over 20 companies to access and select high-quality human resources.

During the Job Fair 2023, DAT Group provided consultations and guidance to students of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, helping them gain a better understanding of career opportunities, required skills, recruitment processes, support, benefits, and working environment at the company. This enabled students to make informed decisions aligned with their career aspirations, adequately prepared with professional skills and specific plans to pursue their dreams.

Many students specializing in automation, electronics, mechanical engineering, R&D engineers, renewable energy engineers, and others showed interest and explored potential future job positions.

Additionally, students had the opportunity to experience demo products, receive guidance on accessing DAT Group’s recruitment website and fan page to explore more information about knowledge and career opportunities. Moreover, the Job Fair illustrated the dynamic landscape of the labor market, effectively meeting the needs of businesses and the developmental trends of the economy, society, and Industry 4.0.
