The project ‘Developing the INVT Servo Selection Tool’ has been certified as an innovation initiative by DAT Group
On December 30, 2022, the research team from DAT Group’s Technical Department was honored to receive a Level 3 Innovation Certificate for their project “Developing the INVT Servo Selection Tool,” which supports operations, ensures accuracy, and enhances efficiency for employees, customers, and partners.
The initiative was conceived and researched by a team of three automation technical staff members who identified practical needs across various departments and divisions. Their tool facilitates the selection and search for suitable INVT Servo products, saving time and costs. This is particularly beneficial for the Sales, Technical, and Supply departments, providing a tool to verify INVT Servo codes, check order codes, and prevent errors in inventory management.
After over three months of dedicated effort in developing and practical testing of the tool, the team presented their research findings to the company’s leadership, receiving positive feedback on its effectiveness. The tool has been shown to reduce INVT Servo selection time by up to 80% and minimize errors in management processes. Following successful internal application, there are plans to further enhance and expand the tool for use by customers and partners.
Following thorough evaluation and meeting all criteria, DAT Group’s leadership decided to award the Level 3 Innovation Certificate and honor the research team behind the “Developing the INVT Servo Selection Tool” project. Congratulations to the following Technical Department members:
