In order to achieve breakthroughs in operational process reform and enhance brand credibility, DAT has signed a contract to implement the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification with TÜV NORD (Vietnam), a part of the TÜV NORD Group based in Germany, on March 2, 2022 in Ho Chi Minh City.

ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management systems established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to help businesses streamline operations and ensure all aspects of operational and quality management are controlled and effectively achieved as expected.

Specifically, ISO 9001:2015, the latest version of this quality management system, aims to enhance assessments of quality requirements and customer satisfaction when using products and services, including:

• Ensuring the enterprise’s ability to consistently provide products/services. Meeting customer needs and legal requirements.
• Enhancing customer and partner satisfaction.
• Controlling risks and implementing reasonable improvement actions in business operations.
• Ensuring that the enterprise meets the standards required for quality management systems internationally.

In the upcoming period, DAT is determined to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification from TÜV NORD for “Commercial services, technical solutions provision, installation, maintenance of automation machinery and renewable energy.”

By establishing a QMS based on ISO 9001:2015, DAT aims to achieve the following important goals:

Meeting customer and partner expectations:

ISO 9001:2015 helps DAT proactively implement quality assurance processes for products, solutions, and continuously improve services to better serve customers and partners.

Expanding influence in the automation and renewable energy market:

Upon achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification, DAT will enhance its competitive advantage and gain access to new customers and markets with stringent quality standards.

Increasing efficiency through optimizing costs and resources:

ISO 9001:2015 is a high-demand quality management system. Therefore, by applying ISO 9001:2015, DAT will have a streamlined, rigorous, and effective operational process to optimize human and material resources.

Creating a positive working culture:

A practical quality management system: clear goals, necessary tools to execute tasks as planned, objective performance evaluations… will encourage DAT employees to enhance self-motivation, better serve customer and partner requirements, faster.

With the vision to become a leading technology-commercial-service group in Vietnam in the field of automation and renewable energy through comprehensive and effective solutions, DAT is expected to officially receive ISO 9001:2015 certification in December 2022.
