To provide a beneficial platform and promote DAT’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, as well as spread our core values of Pioneer – Creativity – Commitment – Dedication – Sharing to every employee, DAT is launching the ‘Search for DAT Face 2022’ program with exciting and engaging activities.

The ‘Search for DAT Face 2022’ program is an opportunity for DATers to unleash their creativity, demonstrate leadership and dynamic spirit, connect with the team, and contribute to building DAT’s distinctive, diverse, and vibrant culture.

Duration: September – November 2022.

Participants: All DAT employees.

Criteria for selecting DAT Face 2022:

To become DAT Face 2022, you must actively participate in internal programs; understand the vision, mission, code of conduct, and business ethics; demonstrate leadership and pioneering spirit in your work; have a personal brand across multiple facets; possess good communication skills, dynamism, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities of DAT Face 2022:

DAT Face 2022 will participate in filming and photo sessions to support DAT’s communications in 2023; regularly update information and actively promote DAT’s products, solutions, and services on social media platforms; participate in events and livestreams (if any) as the representative image of DAT.

Competition rules for DAT Face 2022:

DATers will undergo 03 sub-competitions: Online quiz ‘Understanding DAT’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics,’ DAT Green Challenge, and Ideal Workspace Corner. In each competition, individuals with the highest scores will receive unique prizes designed by the Organizing Committee specifically for the program.

The top 10 employees participating in all 03 competitions with the highest cumulative scores will have the opportunity to become DAT Face 2022, receiving a prize of 5,000,000 VND, a laurel wreath, and a commemorative medal from the program. Additionally, DAT Face 2022 will receive support for expenses and remuneration when participating in DAT activities during their tenure; achieve 10% KPI on Fit with Company Culture in the end-of-year evaluation.

DAT Face 2022 will be honored at the Year-end Gala Dinner in January 2023.

Through this program, the Organizing Committee aims for all DAT employees to maintain positive energy and mindset, enhance knowledge and skills, and contribute to building a more professional workforce.
