On May 9, 2024, DAT Group welcomed a group of students from Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City to visit the actual working environment at the company’s headquarters. The participants were third- and fourth-year students majoring in Automation, Industrial Electrical Engineering, and Mechatronics.

Under the guidance of the organizers, the students were able to directly visit the functional departments within the 10-story DAT Group office building, which has a total floor area of 4350 square meters.

In addition to witnessing the modern technical facilities and information infrastructure at DAT Group, the students also had the opportunity to observe the working processes and learn more about the corporate culture of one of the leading companies in the field of industrial automation and renewable energy in Vietnam.

As part of the program, DAT Group experts shared their experiences on the topic of industrial automation equipment and solutions that are widely applied in the reality of Industry 4.0. This helped the students to visualize the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in the future.

Specifically, the students were able to directly experience typical solution demos to better understand the operation and features of the technology, making it easier to interact and ask questions with DAT Group experts.

During the program, the visiting group also met with representatives from DAT Group’s recruitment department to discuss job opportunities after graduation as well as internship opportunities while still in school. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Head of the Recruitment Department at DAT Group, provided guidance on how to apply, shared specific requirements for each position, and outlined clear career advancement paths, helping students to evaluate their capabilities, proactively improve their skills, and shape the necessary attitude for working in a professional environment.

Organizing this visit is an effective bridge for DAT Group and Ton Duc Thang University to help students get closer to the actual working environment, bridging the gap between theory and practice. This will be an important foundation in training high-quality human resources, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.
