Year-End Party 2023: Elite unanimous, DAT Group gears up for greater heights
On the evening of January 27, 2024, DAT Group hosted its Year-End Party for 2023 with the theme “Elite unanimous”, aiming to express gratitude for the dedication and contributions of its employees while fostering a connected space to welcome the Lunar New Year and set new goals.
The Year-End Party 2023 “Elite unanimous” took place at two venues: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, providing convenient conditions for the entire DAT Group family nationwide to participate.
Despite facing significant challenges from the global economic downturn, DAT Group achieved important milestones in the past year. It was the only international partner awarded the “2023 Diamond Partner Award” by INVT, officially inaugurated the most modern office building in the Northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, and engaged in diverse activities expanding the comprehensive ecosystem in industrial automation and renewable energy.
Reflecting on the emotional journey with a summary video of 2023, Mr. Van Dat Tieu – General Director of DAT Group expressed his pride: “Through challenging times, I have seen the strong unity, steadfast companionship, and determined will to achieve the common goals of the DAT Group family. On behalf of the Leadership Board, I sincerely thank and wish all colleagues a new year filled with joy, happiness, and success. DAT Group will continue to create conditions for each member to dedicate themselves, achieving even greater milestones in 2024.”
Following the General Director’s speech, the DAT Group Leadership Board took the stage, raising their glasses with nearly 200 employees attending the Year-End Party 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City. Simultaneously in Hanoi, Mr. Quoc Anh Le – Deputy Director and Mr. Quang Hung Nguyen – Director of Hanoi Branch also raised their glasses with the DAT Group team in the Northern region.
In all internal events of DAT Group, outstanding and professional performances by talented personnel have always been a highlight. This event was no exception, with meticulously prepared and well-rehearsed artistic performances contributing to a vibrant and colorful party night.
Adding more excitement to the Year-End Party 2023, DAT Group presented valuable awards to employees throughout the program via lucky draws and a series of mini-games such as “Lyrics Arena” and “Who’s quicker.” These activities created a mix of emotions, from touching and proud moments to thrilling, joyful, and surprising moments for the event participants.
The conclusion of the Year-End Party 2023 symbolizes the end of challenges and incomplete aspects of the past year, as the DAT Group collectively opens a new, more brilliant journey. With the message of “In Unity and Resilience,” in 2024, DAT Group’s workforce will not only continue to enhance unity but also focus on developing professional knowledge and skills, achieving higher efficiency to propel the company strongly forward, growing and enduring.
