This year, the event was graced by the presence of Ms. Helen Quan (INVT Overseas Sales Director), Mr. Xu Gang (INVT Overseas Marketing Manager), and 130 DAT members and their families.

Under the theme “Convergence of Ambitions – Breakthrough to Success,” the year-end party was a gathering to unite and strengthen the resolve to achieve DAT’s business goals in 2018. Harnessing collective strength, all members were determined to overcome obstacles for a successful breakthrough.

Aligned with the program’s message was a video summarizing DAT’s activities in 2017 and reflecting on its 12-year journey of breakthroughs.

Sharing more about the significance and business direction of DAT in 2018, DAT’s Director, Mr. Tieu Van Dat, stated: “In 2018, DAT commits to optimizing value and benefits in products, solutions, and services provided to partners and customers. We will expand our distribution channels and service centers nationwide. We will continue to enhance cooperation and develop large-scale automation control projects, elevator control, and solar energy, preparing for Network Power business.”

Following Mr. Tieu Van Dat’s remarks, the sound of drums urged all employees to embark on a new journey of breakthroughs. The appearance of a dragon, symbolizing the collective strength and unity of the team, marked their unwavering spirit to face every challenge and look forward to victory.

During the event, Mr. Tieu Van Dat presented flowers and gifts to INVT as a token of appreciation for their support throughout the past year.

In the second part of the program, the “Silent Warriors of DAT” video kicked off the recognition of outstanding employees, acknowledging the remarkable contributions of 18 members in 2017.

Alongside the awards for outstanding employees, the vibrant cultural performances received enthusiastic applause from DAT members. The actors and singers “from our own garden” surprised the audience with their exceptional acting talents and singing voices. The highlight of the program was a touching theatrical performance that moved the audience to tears of joy and celebration of unity.

The program also featured an exciting lucky draw with attractive prizes, including a Premium 4-door refrigerator worth 18 million VND and a special prize of a Honda Air Blade 2018 scooter valued at 48 million VND.

The luckiest winner of the evening was Mr. Pham Minh Toan’s family – an IT Specialist who won the grand prize and celebrated the Lunar New Year with a brand-new Honda Air Blade 2018 scooter.

Closing the emotionally charged Year-end Party was a moment to open up new hopes and beliefs for a breakthrough year of 2018 filled with brilliant successes. As the Year of the Dog approaches, DAT extends its heartfelt wishes to all members and their families for a healthy, prosperous, and secure year ahead.
